"Not Read" receipts
Not sure if this is Outlook or Exchange but one of our staff received hundreds of not read receipts. Is there a way of disabling these? We want read receipts but not the "not read" ones

The best way to avoid this is to stop asking for a read receipt on
every message you send!
This sort of think usually happens when people clean up their
mailboxes and remove messages that are unread.
